GLM is a year-round Montessori program that offers themed summer sessions with special activities within the Montessori program. The summer program provides continuity for returning students, as well as developing teacher/child/family relationships for new students.

An outcome of a Montessori education is a very deep respect for the planet earth and the connections we have to all living things. In this spirit, our summer themes are a study of the various biomes, the communities of plants and animals that have common characteristics for the environment they exist in: Oceans, Forests, Mountains and Deserts. In each session we will study the geography, botany and biology of each of these particular biomes.
